2 Salmon
4 Tbspn Woolmore’s Fine Foods Orange Sticky Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
1/2 Onion minced
1/2 Tspn Fresh thyme or sage
Salt & Pepper
Thin orange slices
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover a tray with baking paper and lightly brush your salmon pieces with olive oil sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine Woolmore’s Fine Foods Orange Sticky Balsamic Vinegar, minced onion and thyme (add more if you like herbs.) Spoon over salmon generously. Garnish with orange slices. Bake at 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness.
This is a deliciously light and quick meal. You can also use our Star Anise or Plain Sticky Balsamic Vinegar instead of Orange if you prefer. Enjoy!
