Shipping policy
Woolmore’s takes care to package your products, but unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you do receive damaged/ faulty goods or products supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible on info@woolmoretrading.com.au. Because of the nature of food products, we do adhere to a strict shipping policy as outlined below, we appreciate your understanding.
As we make our products to order (so you get the freshest and best quality possible!) During peak busy periods/public holidays, there may be slight delays on certain items. If this happens, we will be in contact with you.
Standard Postage & Handling Delivery:
Standard post is $9.95
Free shipping Australia wide with orders over $150
Orders are despatched within 2-3 business days of receipt, shipped via standard Australia Post. Please allow 5-10 business working days but time frames will vary depending on where you are located and the unpredictability of Australia Post. Dispatch times are Monday- Thursday. This is to avoid as much as possible your package sitting in the hot depot over the weekend.

As Australian summers can exceed 30C degree temperatures, we implement strategies to ensure all foods orders are received in the best possible condition. This includes:
- Using insulated bubble wrap to keep heat out of the box as much as possible.
- In extreme weather conditions we will hold off on sending your order. We will contact you to organise another delivery date to make sure you're aware of the delay.
- Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can see its journey and make sure you're home to collect it.
Please note: Once your products arrive, we cannot control how it is stored. So take care of it by storing it correctly (in a cool, dark place -pantry or cupboard, not in warm areas such as cars, near the window, or outside for a long period of time. Once opened, store in an air-tight container). Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside of our stipulated delivery time frames as Australia Post can be unpredictable. Cancellations and refunds are acceptable if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse, we can no longer process a refund.
Whilst we will always endeavour to provide prompt delivery of your order, any unforeseen delays once the products leave our premises, are beyond our control and does not enable an automatic cancellation of the order, nor are we responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of delayed delivery. If we believe there may be a delay in sending your order, we will contact you and advise.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking number. You can track your item on the website here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search . If you don’t receive the email please check your spam or deleted items folder just in case it has landed in there.
