Refund policy

Refunds Policy:

Woolmore’s takes great pride in delivering the very best products possible. We have a refund/exchange and returns policy that lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund. Because of the nature of food products, we do adhere to a strict returns policy as outlined below, we appreciate your understanding.

Woolmore’s takes care when fulfilling your order, but unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you receive damaged/faulty goods or products supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible on info@woolmoretrading.com.au . If the request is deemed fair and reasonable, we will contact you to post the product back to us.  All freight charges sending the product/s back to Head Office will also be refunded when the product has been deemed faulty once returned. Delivery will need to be initially paid for by the customer. A receipt of this freight must also be attached to be refunded. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method plus delivery charges within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we do not give refunds for gift cards however get into contact with our friendly staff at info@woolmoretrading.com.au and if we mutually agree there is an issue with your purchase, we will offer an exchange.

Cancellations and refunds are acceptable if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse, we can no longer process a refund. Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside of our stipulated delivery time frames as Australia Post can be unpredictable.

Please select your products carefully, as we do not accept returns if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice.  We want you to love our products so if you are not 100% satisfied, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@woolmoretrading.com.au. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to your inquiry. Thank you!
